Rena Kilgannon, Founder & Principal
After spending more than half of her life in the south, you still can’t take the New Yorker out of Rena. She still mis-pronounces “y’all." Rena has worked on both international b-to-b and b-to-c brands and has successfully run Kilgannon since 1988. She has been honored by the American Advertising Federation as well as local and national business press. Just don’t get her talking about her dogs, her love of cooking, or her constant need for retail therapy.

Michael Reineck, Principal & Chief Analytics Officer
Born on the sometimes sunny shores of Lake Erie, Mike soon found himself in Atlanta. He began life after college with Ernst & Young heading up one of their large advertising agency accounts. From there he was lured to the position of CFO at Burton-Campbell Advertising.

Devon Suter, Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director
Devon has spent most of his advertising career as a creative director/copywriter in Atlanta, but that hasn’t limited his brand experience. From fast food to luxury cars, television networks to title insurance, he’s played with them all. When he’s not solving your problem creatively, he’s making up new ones for his students at The Creative Circus, where he’s taught for 10 years.

Kurt Miller, Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director
Raised in the wilds of West Virginia, Kurt prides himself on his ability to create solutions that are not only beautiful, but also practical and functional. He’s been a creative director/art director on a variety of big brands like Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Radisson Resorts, Georgia-Pacific and Longhorn Steakhouse, but the most important project to Kurt is always the one he’s working on right now.

Stephen is a fine specimen of an account manager.
While he may be built like a point guard, he’s more than capable of being Kilgannon’s power forward. He appreciates building mutually beneficial client relationships and sports analogies.

Dave Capano, Executive Vice President, Director of Connection Planning
A New Yorker by birth, Dave now calls Georgia home. His experience includes Ted Bates, BBDO, Tausche, and Adair Greene. His experience spans a variety of categories – from packaged goods and travel, to financial services and healthcare.

Pam Alvord, Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Strategy and Operations
Pam decided what she wanted to do when she was a sophomore in high school, and unlike most of us, actually stuck to it. She started her impressive career at Ogilvy Detroit, where she worked on the Ford account. She went on to the NY office of Ogilvy and worked on Huggies and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Ellen Repasky, Senior Vice President, Account Management
A former pianist and New Englander, Ellen’s account management experience ranges from telecom to insurance to banking. Her direct marketing background has given her a healthy respect for data, and she’s just as happy to crunch numbers as she is to manage campaigns.
